Sales in Pakistan market has been decreasing due to the global recession which has caused its currency depreication upto 43%,in addition to the frequent terrorist attacks in the country.In 2009 ,countrywide terrorist attacks counted as many as 497!

As if above negative impactsare not enough, there are about10 small moneygamers coming one after the other.With no exception ,TIENS distributor team is their No.1 target!
To make things worse,few teamleaders started the waiting policy due to vionless self-satisfaction.Few corrupted teamleaders are trying to cheat the team ,customers and even Company.
Resultantly,salesteam dropped out,sales dropped.In Karachi city,sales has been decreasing since 2008.
When sales and bonus is low,moral and morale will be low!

In order to boost moral and morale of the Pakistan salesteam,a BBS was organized on March 19th in the wake of a violent protest by students which resulted in blockage and curfew in the twin city of Rawlpindi and Islamabad.With great difficulties,over 2000 distributors gathered together in ISB Jinah Convention Center to celebrate the new prepaid Yach,Jet and Brand Car awardees.
Mr. Ernie,General manager honored the occasion with his kind presence,in spite of his tight sechduels.

Awardess,new 8*and &7*,best stockiest from Pakistan as well as from Afhgnistan were given recognation.

Following the BBS,Mr. Ernie had a meeting with 7*above from both countries.

With big thanks to Mr.Lihongyuan and Mr.Benny,the subsequent 3day Top Distributor Quality Promotion Camp attracted 48 Pak 7*above distributors from Pakistan and Afghanistan.
If we want to be an eagle ,we must change.
If we want to be a quality teamleader,we must be responsible.

After 3 day brainstorm ,all paticipants promosed to give up the negative mentalities and practices,change and be an eagle.

March 24 to 26 is surely to become a memorable day for TIENS Pakistan!The first Brnach Level Trainers’ Training and Selection is done with the kind help of Mr. Benny from HQ.
Total 89 six star above distributors from Pak &Afghanistan joined this workshop .
3* and 4* has been the backbone of the salesteam ,but their training was not systematicaly organized therefore caused high dropout and low TAR.

Therefore we need the best among the best to become the Branch Trainer,so as to cope with the current situation.
Due to the unexpected quantity,a preselection had to be made so as to select  50 for the 3rd day final selection.
After a whole day selection on 26th ,24 Branch Trainers were finally selected and certified ,with big honor and pride.
