Chinese rhubharb root (Da- hung):- A bitter, astringent, colling herb that
improves digestion stimulates the uterus promotes healing and has a laxative effect.

Used internally for :- Chronic constipation, Hemorrhoids, Skin eruptions due to accumulation of toxins.



Bitter orange fruit (Zhi – shi) :- A bitter aromatic expectorant herb that has diuretic effects, lowers blood pressure , and improves digestion. It also

reduces inflammation and controls bacterial and fungal infections.

Figwort root (Xuan shen):- A bitter, saline ,cooling herb that lowers fever ,blood pressure and blood sugar and has anti bacterial effects.
